Rino Shower Sidestream Nebuliser
The Sidestream® nebuliser ensures a fast and regular treatment, an increased amount of nebulised medicine and particles that are ideally sized to provide the respiratory tract with complete treatment.
Sidestream® makes use of the Diamond Jet technology, which allows for regular nebulisation. The medicine passes through 4 independent conduits that are separate from the one dedicated to the air flow. This prevents premature nebulisation inside the conduits.
A unique feature of the Sidestream® nebuliser is its Double Venturi effect. The air enters the nebuliser not only from below as in conventional nebulisers, but also from above. The additional air flow coming from the outside, together with the air flow coming from the compressor, conveys even more particles to the lungs.
The special structure of the Sidestream® nebuliser allows the medicine to penetrate deeply into the respiratory tract, thanks to the optimal size of the nebulised aerosol particles. The Sidestream® nebuliser allows a larger number of nebulised particles to reach the airways.
The design of the Sidestream® nebuliser reduces treatment time and ensures effective medicine dispensing. Sidestream® nebulises the same amount of medicine as a traditional nebuliser in less time. Sidestream® is a registered trademark of Respironics (UK) Ltd.
